We will process your order promptly and expedite the delivery of your shoes – normally within 3 to 5 business days.

FREE RETURNS: - COVERS BOTH EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS

Our 30-day return policy has no catches, surprises or exceptions. A return label is included in each box shipped. You don’t have to call us to seek approval for the return shipment. However, we do ask that you return the shoes in the original packaging, and make sure they are still in “like-new” condition.

• You may return your purchase within 30 days from date of purchase
• Shoes must be In the condition received and in the original box
• Return shipping is absolutely FREE
• A prepaid USPS domestic (U.S. only) return label is included in the box; no need to call to make a return shipment
• If you make the return because of improper size, the right-size shoes will be on the way to you within two business days.
• Otherwise, upon receipt and inspection of your return (usually within 72 hours of receipt), your refund will be processed and a credit applied to your credit card account or other method of payment, as applicable.
